As I was writing down how much you've helped me I was completely overcome by gratitude. We have accomplished so much… Think back on last year when I had a calendar that was a complete mess with sticky notes everywhere, I was totally overwhelmed, I didn't have any system in place and now everything is on my phone (I still have some sticky notes), but it's a thousand times better. I really cannot even put into words how grateful I am for you and our partnership.
Cody has taught diverse groups of students with ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and non-compliant behavior. Cody's patience and encouragement are evident as she works closely with each student providing the individualized support and praise they require. Cody was a joy to work with because of her amazingly positive attitude and team-building skills. She displayed excellent classroom management skills and developed a rapport with students, colleagues, and parents that is characterized by mutual respect. As a highly skilled case manager and advocate for all her students, she strives to help all students make progress. I have seen Cody inspire her students and parents with her intelligence, enthusiasm, humor, and creativity.
